Yes, you may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.

Due to handcrafting each product, we are unable to cancel orders after 48 hours due to starting the production process.

At the moment, we are not accepting customisation requests. However, if you would like to make a bulk purchase, we can offer a discount depending on the products.

As a small business, we process, create and ship each order by hand therefore our processing and shipping times are slightly longer.

We only handcraft products at the time of receiving an order, we do not store stock due to a small production area.
